Most tokenised real-world assets settle on the issuer's clock, not the holder's.. A Midas or OpenEden position can mean a 12 to 36-hour cooldown before the USDC lands back in a wallet; a Centrifuge position settles asynchronously. For users who need to move faster than that, there has been no clean way to exit without either accepting the wait or selling into thin secondary liquidity at an unpredictable price.
KPK's USDC RWA Liquidity vault, deployed on Symbiotic and live on Ethereum, is built to close that gap. It gives holders of approved tokenised RWAs an instant exit into USDC, at a discount priced by KPK, while giving vault depositors RWA-linked returns without holding RWA positions to maturity.
How it works
The vault runs a dual strategy. Idle capital is continuously deployed into KPK's curated vaults on Morpho (USDC Prime, USDC Yield, and USDC Yield RWA), so it keeps earning while it waits to be used.
When an RWA holder needs an immediate exit, the vault draws on that liquidity through Liquid Lane, the Symbiotic product that powers atomic, T+0 USDC settlement for RWAs via an RFQ-based settlement layer. The vault buys the tokenised asset at a discount, quoted upon request, and then redeems it with the issuer at net asset value.
Between the fill and that redemption, the vault holds a redemption claim on the issuer. That claim is the exposure depositors are paid for, and it is what the discount prices are. It is bounded by the per-asset acquisition limits below, set by the issuer risk tier and the enforceability of the underlying claim. If an issuer gates, delays, or marks down a redemption, the vault carries the position until the redemption resolves.
Requests fill instantly up to the vault's available liquidity. A request above that is queued and filled as the balance frees up, rather than rejected.
Existing liquidity models dedicate capital to product-specific pools, while Symbiotic’s Liquid Lane allows the same capital base to support a range of RWAs and earn through multiple strategies between settlement events. This reduces the cost of providing liquidity and makes the model scalable across issuers and asset classes.
"Liquid Lane exists to close the redemption gap in tokenised RWA markets, and KPK's risk framework is the kind of discipline we built it for. Having a curator willing to publish its acquisition logic, not just its results, is a good precedent for how this infrastructure should be used."
Felix Lutsch, Head of Ecosystem at Symbiotic
Depositors earn two things at once: the underlying lending yield, and a share of the discount captured on every RWA exit the vault fills.

Built with guardrails, not discretion
Every discount KPK offers on an RWA has to clear three tests at once before it goes live:
Economics: the discount has to beat the hurdle rate set by KPK's own curated Morpho vaults over the asset's settlement window, or there's no reason to do the trade.
Exposure: the fill must fit within a per-asset acquisition limit, set individually for each issuer based on risk tier, volatility, and the legal enforceability of the underlying claim.
Liquidity: after the fill, the vault must hold at least 50% of its balance as atomic liquidity: USDC in the vault plus what the underlying Morpho markets can actually service at that moment. It is measured against live market liquidity, not notional balance, so high utilisation in a Morpho market reduces what counts.
"We already treat curation as an optimisation problem between yield, liquidity and exposure. This vault applies the same discipline to RWA exits: depositors get RWA-linked returns without carrying RWA duration, and holders get to leave on their own schedule instead of the issuer's."
Giel Detienne, Head of Curation at KPK
Settlement timelines differ by issuer, with acquisition limits calibrated accordingly: 12 hours for Midas' mGLOBAL, 18 hours for OpenEden's HYBOND, 36 hours for Midas' mF-ONE, and asynchronous settlement for Centrifuge's JAAA and JTRSY. Larger requests that don't clear the liquidity test enter a queue and are filled as balance frees up, rather than being rejected outright.
Asset | Issuer | Risk tier | Quoting mode | Acquisition limit | Minimum discount |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Centrifuge | B | Standing | 200,000 | 0.05% | |
Centrifuge | B | Pending | 0 | 0.05% | |
Centrifuge | C | Standing | 150,000 | 0.05% | |
Centrifuge | C | Pending | 0 | 0.05% | |
Midas | D | Per-oder | 50,000 | 3.00% | |

The first exit
The early exit mechanism had its first real test. Centrifuge’s Tokenised T-bill fund, JTRSY, settles on Janus Henderson's standard T+1 cycle: users hand back the tokens, then wait a day for USDC. A JTRSY holder chose not to wait, signed a swap intent on Liquid Lane, and KPK's vault bought the position on the spot.

Waiting for the standard redemption period would have returned $100,029 through Centrifuge's native redemption. KPK's vault filled the exit at $100,019 instead, a $10 discount, 0.01% on the fill, priced for the one-day wait the vault took on in the holder's place. A day later, the vault redeemed the JTRSY with Centrifuge directly and collected the full $100,029, keeping the $10 spread.
No capital sat idle for this, thanks to Symbiotic Liquid Lane’s shared collateral model, which enables capital to power instant redemptions while continuing to earn across a range of external markets. The USDC that funded the fill was earning a lending yield in KPK
USDC Yield RWA vault until the swap intent landed, then it was pulled out atomically, in the same transaction as the fill.
Who this is for
This vault is built for anyone already holding, or considering, tokenised RWA exposure and wanting an exit that doesn't depend on the issuer's calendar: DAOs and protocol treasuries diversifying out of native tokens, crypto-native funds and foundations sitting on underdeployed stablecoin balances, and institutional treasury holders who need a defined, non-custodial path in and out of RWA exposure.
The vault is live and has already executed real RWA acquisitions and redemptions through Liquid Lane, not just in testing. Deposits are now open, with the vault currently allocated to KPK USDC Yield, USDC Prime, and USDC RWA, while the RWA leg scales up asset by asset as each issuer's onboarding and risk assessment closes out.

About Symbiotic
Symbiotic is the collateral markets platform connecting capital to onchain applications. Its shared collateral infrastructure powers a new generation of financial products through capital-allocation and underwriting strategies designed by institutional curators.
By enabling the same capital base to support multiple obligations simultaneously, Symbiotic advances the economics of onchain collateral—broadening return opportunities for capital providers and giving applications capital-efficient access to collateral at scale. Code-enforced terms ensure every financial obligation executes as defined.
Backed by Paradigm, Pantera, Coinbase Ventures, and Cyber Fund, Symbiotic powers applications across credit, insurance, and RWAs.
